The IVARC center frequency is 462.600 Mhz with 20 Kz wide deviation from center frequency, 10 Kz on ether side From 462.590 Mhz to 462.610 Mhz.
The IVARC repeater could be heard.or hear a signal in this frequency range.
The IVARC repeater would also need to hear a sub auto-able transmitter tone of 141.3 Kz to activate the IVARC repeater.

FRS 3 center frequency is 462.612 Mhz with 12 Kz wide deviation from center frequency. 6 Kz on ether side From 462.606 Mhz to 462.180 Mhz.

IVARC would be picked by FRS 3 462.606 Mhz minimum deviation and IVARC 462.610 Mhz maximum deviation.

The bleed over is 4 Kz on FRS 3 only because there is no tones on FRS 3 transmissions to prevent the transmission bleed over.
