I recently attended a workshop that was conducted at the Josephine County Republican Party office. I brought my radio to be programmed with channels. I have several other radios. Is it possible to program the other radios from this radio?

Yes, and you can reprogram any radio.
You need Chirp and a programming cable, and your radios ready for programming.
