AMRON - ARES confusion

I was looking online to see what information I could find on the AMRON group that does a net on Sunday evenings.
I did not find any information regarding this group, do I have the group misspelled?

I did find quite a lot of online information about ARES, and District 5 which is apparently the southwest area of Oregon, but I am unsure if the training etc they describe is still pertinent?

Update, it did occur to me that being the net was on the Oregon GMRS repeater they probably had additional information, the correct spelling is AmRRON, and yes they do have a website.
